Dolphin Club - Open Water Swimming and Rowing in San Francisco Welcome to the Dolphin Swimming and Boating Club. The Dolphin Club is a volunteerled community of 1800 members centered at Aquatic Park with a boathouse at Lake Merced. The club was founded in 1877 with twentyfive charter members whose commitment to spending more time in and on the bay continues to inspire todays Dolphins. The Dolphin Club is currently open seven days a week 5 a.
