Miss Virginia Volunteer Pageant | Lynchburg, VA A NEWLEGACYIS HERE More than a competition Miss Virginia Volunteer is a community that provides connections opportunities and lasting impact for young women in our state. Our mission is to educate and empower young women across Virginia through workshops seminars scholarships opportunities volunteerism and of course pageants. Being an atlarge pageant means that you to do not have to win a local competition to apply to Miss Virginia Volunteer. The winner of our pageant will not have to take a year off but will represent everything being a Volunteer stands for while championing her social cause throughout the state.
