Overcoming Challenges Facing West Coast Seafood Processors for Over 25 Years Headquartered in Astoria Oregon the West Coast Seafood Processors Association WCSPA was founded in 1993 by a group of seafood processors who realized that no other organization existed exclusively to deal with the problems and challenges facing shorebased seafood processors in Washington Oregon and California.
