Where Music Education Sings! The mission of the San Fernando Valley Youth Chorus is to promote musical excellence and provide children and youth of diverse ethnic, cultural and economic backgrounds with the opportunity for artistic and personal growth through superior choral instruction, community service, and choral music performance. The Chorus values and recognizes the important role that music and the arts play in our community and in the lives of young people. We take to heart the idea that young people singing together brings not only personal growth for the choristers, but provides moments of happiness and harmony to our audiences and the community.
