Public Arts Commission Bringing Art to Every Corner of Our Community Our projects PAC projects PAC is enriching our community by spearheading art projects that bring vibrancy and connection to everyday spaces. PAC Galleries These galleries feature rotating exhibitions of murals sculptures and multimedia installations created by both emerging and established artists from the community. GRANDART The GRANDART campaign in partnership with Visit Greater Grand Forks catalogs and celebrates the rich array of public artworks throughout the community. This comprehensive digital database features detailed information on murals sculptures installations and other public art projects including artist profiles project descriptions and locations.
