Lancaster County Nurse Honor Guard Lancaster County Nurse Honor Guard Association Paying Tribute to Nurses Who Have Passed About Us Our Team Our History Our History We are a nonprofit organization of LPNs RNs and CRNPs from Lancaster County that volunteer to perform a Nightingale Tribute at the funeral or memorial service of a former nurse. Our services are free and sponsored by donation only. Our History Our History Our History Established in 2019 by two local nurses Joni Sweigart and Jean de Groot Banzhof. Joni and Jean are passionate nurses who found inspiration from other honor guards to bring this wonderful service to Lancaster County.
