The Hydrate Detroit #SHAREWATER campaign encourages Detroit residents to be neighborly and share their water with families living without water. With your help, we’ll be able to recruit volunteers to deliver emergency water, canvassers to identify potential residents whom qualify, hold an emergency city-wide Town Hall, purchase necessary emergency food/water supplies, and restore water service by making an important difference in the fight against poverty and water insecurity in Detroit. Hydrate Detroit is a 501C3 Water Rights Organization providing emergency financial assistance with fundraising charitable donations paying down water bills and advocating to zero out the past due water bill debt for all Detroit citizens and homeowners that cannot pay or afford their high water bills.
