We are an IRS approved 501c(3)that currently purchases homes in Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Florida,Washington, Oregon, Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and California. Affordable Housing Partners is committed to help revitalize and stabilize neighborhoods throughout the country. At present, we are working in more than 75 communities in 7 states and expanding our outreach to additional areas each month. AHP purchases homes in these areas and rehabilitates them, thereby providing affordable housing and stabilizing neighborhoods. We are also committed to helping potential renters or home buyers through the entire process to help them obtain a safe and affordable place to live.
