Pump Avenue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to addressing healthcare disparities in diabetes by providing an avenue between expensive medical equipment and people struggling to control their diabetes. Our team consists of a group of individuals passionate about improving the lives of people with diabetes, no matter their race, gender, age, religion, sexuality, or socioeconomic status. We believe access to health care is a universal right but increasing healthcare expenses prevents millions from achieving it. Pump Avenue Foundation empowers those with diabetes through access to life-changing medical equipment. Every person deserves the medical equipment needed to control their diabetes, regardless of their financial situation.
