FACT endorses a community-based approach with two goals: 1) Keep people out of the foster care system 2) Make the experience better for those in care. OUR GOALS ARE TO PREVENT THE NEED FOR FAMILIES TO ENTER CHILD WELFARE AND PROVIDE A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE INVOLVED.
