The Ebell of Los Angeles is an educational and philanthropic organization founded by women, for women in 1894. Our mission is to participate in and encourage the educational, cultural and social growth of the diverse Los Angeles community and to conserve and protect our historic Clubhouse, collections and Wilshire Ebell Theatre. We seek to inspire women and the greater Los Angeles community by creating space dedicated to arts, culture, education and service, and to steward our campus for the greater good.
