To provide educational teen mentoring programs, conferences, and related events, to educate teens about entrepreneurship possibilities and financial literacy and to encourage them to continue their education. B. To provide scholarships for teen women to pursue higher education. C. To offer and provide educational programs for women in financial literacy, in business, and in entrepreneurship. D. To provide support for educational programs offered or sponsored by the National Association of Women Business Owners San Antonio Chapter, a Texas non-profit Foundation recognized as a 501(c)(6) organization (“NAWBO San Antonio”). E. To provide scholarships to women for higher education or to attend educational, career or professional development programs, conferences, or seminars.

The High School Mentorship Program is an educational program created by the NAWBOSA Foundation in 1999 to encourage young women to begin exploring entrepreneurship and understand what it takes to be successful. The NAWBOSA Foundation is a volunteer organization within the NAWBOSA Chapter with members who dedicate their passion time and resources to support this program. Through a collaborative effort among NAWBOSA members school representatives and administrators community leaders and university and corporate sponsors the High School Mentorship Program reaches hundreds of teenage girls in high schools across San Antonio.
