Our mission is to provide an outreach program that offers pre-employment job readiness training (middle, high, and college levels); transitional work, job placement services and post placement support for targeted audiences of individuals on the autism spectrum. Specifically, the purpose is to improve the quality of life and potential for individuals on the autism spectrum who have marketable abilities and/or can be trained, but have no or little work history.
