Who Are We. Us Giving Richmond Connections UGRC The mission of UGRC is to improve the health and wellbeing of Black LGBTQ communities of greater Richmond. We formed as a group of dedicated Black LGBTQ community leaders who saw the need for a coming together of LGBTQ persons of color. Our Programs UGRC believes in celebrating diversity promoting inclusion and fostering healthy communities through our actions.
