Organized in 1984 the Westchester County Bar Foundation (WCBF), the charitable arm of the Westchester County Bar Association, has worked to promote the ends of justice, to cultivate the science of jurisprudence, to maintain the availability of the law to all who seek redress and to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, competence and courtesy in the legal profession.
