The mission of CultureALL is to lead communities to value our culturally rich diversity. Founded in 2005, the organization is the premier provider of authentic, transformational learning experiences that engage Iowans in cultural discovery and promote equity and inclusion. We believe that in order to maintain a society that is powerful enough to grow and change for the good of all people, we need to better understand and value every culture. CultureALL provides programs that bring people together across cultures to talk, listen, learn, and collaborate in building a community where everyone is welcome. Diversity shouldn’t divide us – it makes us stronger.
