Building power for working families through grassroots organizing, leadership development & political action ✊🏾 Progressive Maryland is a multi-racial, working-class political organization. The Progressive Maryland Education Fund, in partnership with Progressive Maryland (a 501c4 advocacy organization), educate and organize the public to improve the quality of life for working families in Maryland. PMEF and PM unite our thousands of individual members with some of the biggest unions, civil rights groups, and faith communities in the state. Our research highlights the many unmet economic needs of working families in Maryland; our advocacy disseminates those findings to the media and public, which creates a climate conducive to reform.

At our midpoint rally our memberstenants healthcare advocates and environmental justice leadersstood alongside lawmakers to push for key legislation that will protect renters expand healthcare access and stop subsidizing polluters.
