Rockland Community Services (RCS) offers advocacy and programs for individuals with disabilities and their families to help them achieve independence. Advocacy can be provided for education, benefit advisement, employment, transportation, mental health, and support groups. RCS recognizes the struggles of individuals that have income below poverty. The agency will provide supports and connections to other agencies that can help an individual or a family obtain resources to support themselves.
