Graduating from a 4-year college is an inflection point where young professionals launch their careers. Unfortunately, despite talent and hard work, socioeconomic and demographic circumstances create inequalities that can severely limit segments of the population. Our mission is to ensure these students have access to the same opportunities as any other graduate at the start of their career. LaunchPoint believes in high-quality, career-relevant, paid internships for college students from low-income and underrepresented communities. By partnering with businesses committed to diversity & inclusion, we create meaningful opportunities for eager, young talent who will gain professional experience while delivering real business value.
