Project Reality – Making Recovery a Reality On June 19 Project Reality recoginzes the Juneteenth Holiday. Our Murray clinic will be closed SLC clinic will be open for weekend dosing hours. Welcome To Project Reality Since our opening in 1970 Project Reality has served individuals in Utah with a broadrange of health issues including psychiatric and substance use disorders SUD. In 2020 we attained CCBHC designation from the Substance and Mental Health Services Administration SAMHSA.
