PROVIDES SKILLS TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT TO HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS BY PROVIDING CONTRACT SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY AND LOCAL BUSINESSES THROUGH PROGRAMS DEVELOPED AND SUPPORTED BY PATHFINDER INC, A PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF SERVICES AT THE COMMUNITY LEVEL TO ASSIST CITIZENS WITH THE DISABILITIES.
