empowering youth changing futures at Jacobs Mission Community Center Our Mission Empowering AtRisk Youth Through Education Providing a safe and nurturing environment Jacobs Mission Community Center our mission is to provide free outofschool programs for atrisk youth. Our goal is to improve high school achievement and workforce placement for schoolaged children youth and atrisk populations. We provide outofschool tutoring extracurricular activities transition to adulthood and youth mentorship programs trade skills meals and essentials such as groceries clothing and other basic necessities.
