We provide free concerts to Lexington and the surrounding communities. The organization performs 9 summer concerts (weather permitting) and 2 others during the year.

The LBB was created in preparation for the bicentennial celebration of the Battle on the Green, which occurred on April 19, 1775. Over the years, the band has grown in membership and scope, becoming a staple of local cultural events and celebrations.

News The LBBs winter concert is this Sunday February 2nd at 2pm in the Lexington High School auditorium. The Conductors The music director of the Lexington Bicentennial Band is Jeff Leonard an accomplished teacher performer arranger and conductor. Al Dentino is the assistant conductor for the summer concerts.
