Disability Empowerment Center. A private, nonprofit, nonresidential organization run by and for people with disabilities. We offer assistance to individuals with disabilities in working toward self-identified independent living goals who live in Lancaster and Lebanon. Empower individuals with disabilities through advocacy, collaboration and full participation in the community.
