The Nature Sounds Society 39th Annual Field Recording Workshop FridaySunday June 2022 2025 San Francisco State University Field Campus Yuba Pass CA This workshop will be held at the Sierra Nevada Field Campus of San Francisco State University beside the scenic north fork of the Yuba River. Participants will learn recording techniques handson in the field visiting Sierra Nevada Mountains soundscapes in marsh meadow and forest. The workshop will start earlier than previous years at Noon Friday and conclude at Noon Sunday. There will be intensive oneonone instruction with a variety of equipment and field techniques as well as lectures and the opportunity to meet people with backgrounds in a variety of different professions.
