Who are we. Please consider donating to support the LQ Foundation The LQ Foundation was created in memory of Laquitta Jenkins Butler. She never really had a whole lot in life but the little she did have if somebody was in need she would try her best to try to help them or find someone who could. One of her favorite sayings was Love is what love does.
