Hispanos Unidos de Buffalo – Heart of the Community Since 1989 Serving the community since 1989 What we do Founded in 1989 HUB is a Buffalobased nonprofit organization that provides integrated care and social services to underserved and vulnerable populations across the Western New York Region. From our early days to the present our mission and our purpose has remained the same To Serve Our Community. Housing We build and manage Affordable Supportive Housing and operate a Rapid ReHousing program to serve homeless families. Social Services We operate robust programming for older adults preventive youth family services as well as domestic violence programs.
