Gracelight Community Health is the Los Angeles community's home for compassionate and comprehensive medical care. Our mission is to provide quality primary healthcare that is accessible to any patient in need in the communities we serve, regardless of ability to pay. QueensCare Health Centers (QHC) is one of the leading community health centers in Los Angeles County. QHC’s focus is on health promotion, disease prevention, health education and empowerment in conjunction with primary care. QueensCare Health Centers invests in health as opposed to illness, is a visible and trusted part of the Los Angeles community, and its care model addresses the most urgent health issues plaguing our communities. QHC’s healthcare model fosters pathways to positive health outcomes through excellence in care, compassionate staff, and trusted community partnerships.
