Who We Are Bridges Community Economic Development Corporation Bridges CEDC is a California nonprofit community service organization whose purpose is to plan develop and implement social educational environmental and economic development programs to benefit families especially those in underserved communities. What We Do Bridges CEDC primarily serves communities throughout Los Angeles County especially those within a 20mile radius of the City of Carson. As the needs dictate we expand our service areas through our various programs.
