I am Jaison Monaski, and I am the Founder of Firefighter’s Resource Alliance. I am also a full-time Firefighter and Paramedic in Osceola County, Florida. I founded Firefighter’s Resource Alliance after visiting a fire station in the town of Hato Mayor Del Rey, in the Dominican Republic. What I discovered during my visit was a very passionate crew of firefighters that lacked the necessary funding and equipment to do their jobs safely and effectively. I quickly realized that the problem of underfunded fire departments is widespread. Fire fighters all over the world are risking their lives every day, without even the most basic equipment and training. I decided I must try to do something to help. Firefighter’s Resource AllianceWe are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
