Promoting Medicaid managed long-term services and supports and integrated care for dually eligible beneficiaries. TO PROMOTE THE COMMON BUSINESS INTEREST OF PLANS THAT CONTRACT WITH STATE MEDICAID PROGRAMS TO TAKE RISK FOR THE COST OF PROVIDING MANAGED LONG-TERM SERVICES AND SUPPORTS (MLTSS) TO MEDICAID BENEFICIARIES AND TO IMPROVE BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR THIS LINE OF BUSINESS. TO ADVOCATE FOR PUBLIC POLICY THAT WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND COST OUTCOMES OF PLANS THAT CONTRACT TO PROVIDE MEDICAID MLTSS. TO PROMOTE PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE BENEIFTS OF MLTSS.
