Created Ministries – Created Ministries Helping young people affected by foster care or homelessness to thrive with a strong sense of belonging Programs Through the RISE program housing food assistance financial and career coaching and other resources are provided by Created Ministries to support young adults ages 1825 affected by foster care or homelessness. The RISE program helps these young adults transition to living independently with the security and encouragement that comes with a community of supportive adults. Traverse Together provides support education and a sense of belonging to young adults ages 18 and up who have been affected by foster care or homelessness. We empower individuals to navigate the challenges of adulthood and thrive in their journey through Traverse Training personalized support and connections to vital resources.
