Its focus is to equipordinary people with the skills they need to be effective leaders in their workplace in their congregations and in their communities. The Interfaith Education Fund believes in the dignity of all persons. It works towards racial equality in public life and cultivates the development of a diversity of leaders and organizers who build a civic culture that crosses the barriers of race class gender and faith traditions.
