THE MISSION OF CONGREGATIONAL HOMES, INC IS TO HELP ENSURE A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OLDER ADULTS BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE AND SECURE SERVICES THAT PROMOTE WELLNESS, INDEPENDENCE, PARTICIPATION AND DIGNITY.MT.
