To empower and inspire West Oakland residents to seek and create positive change in the community utilizing popular education and Hip Hop culture as a vehicle. Building a community with a focus to inspire and engage young people. Developing them as community organizers empowering them to be leaders helping to politically uplift low-income/ working class neighborhoods in the Bay Area.
