CASA New Orleans fights for the rights of abused and neglected children. We serve St. Bernard and Orleans Parishes. CASA New Orleans fights for the rights of abused and neglected children. We provide trained court appointed volunteers to advocate on behalf of each child who appears before the St. Bernard and Orleans Parish courts in abuse and neglect proceedings. Our goal is to ensure that every child has a safe, permanent and nurturing home. For youth who do not find permanency before their 18th birthday, we support them before, during, and after their transition out of foster care and into independent adulthood.
