A Mother’s Silent Cry is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The purpose of this organization is to provide support, resources, and services for mothers experiencing depression or anxiety with a focus on mothers of color.
