Helping East Texans with disabilities achieve greater independence - ETCIL East Texas Centerfor Independent Living ETCILis an organization run by and for people with disabilities so we can support each other in living the lives we desire. Living independently is living much like everyone else having the same opportunities to succeed to fail to make decisions to pursue enjoyment to learn and to experience life. At ETCIL we provide training resources and information toward promoting independent living for persons with significant disabilities and their families in communities throughout Northeast Texas.
