LOANS ARE PRIMARLY MADE TO NEW, START-UP BUSINESSES OR BUSINESSES THAT ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH TRADITIONAL FINANCING. LOANS HAVE BEEN MADE TO HOME OWNERS TO IMPROVE THEIR PERSONAL RESIDENCES BY UPGRADING WINDOWS, DOORS, AND HEATING.
