New Beginnings Paso Fino Horse Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) IRS non-profit Paso Fino Horse rescue and sanctuary for abused, abandoned, neglected, and slaughter bound Paso Fino horses. We rescue, rehabilitate, rehome, and/or provide sanctuary for those horses that otherwise would be needlessly sent left to die an inhumane and painful death. New Beginnings Paso Fino Horse Rescue, Inc. is 100% committed to care and welfare of the horses they place in adoptive homes. New Beginnings agrees to help answer questions about the Adoptive Horse regarding behavior, training, or health issues. New Beginnings further agrees to aid, to the best of its ability, in acquiring an Adoptive Horse’s history which may aid in the breed registration of the Adoptive Horse.
