A non-profit organization that provide programs for veterans, age out of foster care youths, formerly incarcerated and juveniles to help them succeed. COHAP OUTREACH CORPORATION is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for veterans, those formerly incarcerated, aged-out of foster care young adults and formerly incarcerated juveniles. We believe that everyone deserves a chance, and we are committed to helping people rebuild their lives through education, job training, and housing assistance. We also work to raise awareness about the issue of homelessness and advocate for policies that will help prevent it. Our goal is to build affordable homes throughout the community. Your support brings hope and resilience to countless lives. Together, we can foster a world where no one is left without shelter and every individual can look forward to tomorrow with confidence.
