Still Inspired Not-For-Profit dance company inspired by visual artists. 2025’s 11th Season produced by Laura Thurston & Brian Hare. Still Inspired is a Chicago-based dance company that engages audience members through live performance. Highly collaborative at its core, the company features visual artists and their work which serve as inspiration for choreographers to create their own work. Each performance offers audience members a glimpse into the creative process through a Q&A with the choreographers and visual artist, serving as a jumping-off point from which viewers are free to form their own interpretations.

Artist Statement: As a child, I often disappeared into the forest for hours and still find the experience of wandering generative. Through an expansive painting practice that combines fibers, sculpture, and collage, my work is aroused by moments of awe and wonder in everyday encounters within our lived ecology.
