harGIVES Your Custom Text Here What is harGIVES harGIVES is a volunteer organization that provides the means and opportunity for Teammates to give back to the community utilizing engineering and technical expertise. Founded in 2016harGIVES Hargrove Innovative Volunteer Engineering Services Organizationwas established to fulfill the desire of Hargrove Teammates to give back using time talent and treasure. Prior to this initiative teammates often found themselves presented with situations in which a community need might be identified where engineering and technical expertise could be used to meet that need. Launching the harGIVES organization as a 501c3 provided the solution for our passion for volunteerism to take on a variety of creative handson projects.
