The aim is to address the historical and systemic barriers that have impacted the Lakota peoples ability to maintain and enhance their cultural heritage identity and economic wellbeing. We are dedicated to the healing of the people of Pine Ridge from within. All projects by OLCERI must meet the 77300 benchmark We recognize that each of our decisions are honorbound to the lives of the next seven generations of all living things.
