Footloose Dance Company, Inc

Footloose has a 40+year track record of providing resources for Bay Area artists, especially women, to build work from initial through exhibition stages in order to promote their professional careers. Programming includes collaborations, residencies and co-presentations. We address current issues with a contemporary art vocabulary to inspire and encourage people from diverse backgrounds to make exchanges on topics that affect us all. We offer authentic and direct cultural experiences at the grassroots level--meeting people where they live, work, and play--reinforcing community identity, social justice, creative place making, artistic expression and more. Our events are easy to find, accessible, affordable and inclusive.
