Impulse New Music Festival | United States | Classical Music INMF Festival Workshops About More IMPULSENEWMUSICFESTIVAL NEW MUSIC CREATION PERFORMANCE AND TRAINING NEWS UPDATES 2025 SUMMER FESTIVAL THE TRAINING FESTIVAL FOR COMPOSERS OF NEW MUSIC Our flagship summer program provides earlycareer composers the opportunity to compose premiere a new work develop their craft and take critical steps in their creative and career development under the guidance and mentorship of our worldclass festival faculty and musicians. The 2025 Festival has two parts From July 1 10 composers participate in online lessons workshops and talks. Then from July 29 August 2 participants join us at the Colburn School Conservatory in Los Angeles California for inperson rehearsals conducting workshop masterclasses special events and our culminating festival concert of premieres. Applications open in December 30.
