We are a The mission of WRAP is to revitalize and preserve community treasures such as neglected buildings, homes and vacant property by working together with property owners, neighbors and town administration to promote a more prosperous town. Our vision for Whitakers NC is to improve and maintain an attractive visual and physical appearance, instill community pride by enhancing the social, cultural and economic fabric for all residents now and in our future. Our goal is for our downtown area to grow into a vibrant area, positively affecting our neighborhoods, homes and overall community.
