THE CABO VERDEAN AMERICAN MEDICAL SOCIETY (THE ORGANIZATION) IS AN UNICORPORATED ASSOCIATED, FOUNDED IN 2020, AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CHARITABLE EDUCTIONAL AND RESEARCH ORGANIZATION, AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986. THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO UNITE NATIONALLY PHYSICIANS AND OTHER CARE PROFESSIONALS OF CABO VERDEAN HERITAGE OR CULTURE TO FOSTER, PROMOTE AND SUPPORT ADVANCES IN MEDICAL TREATMENT, RESEARCH, EDUCTIONAL AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS OF THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS THAT WILL ENRICH THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES, TO CREATE A BREIDGE OF COLLABORATION AND SERVICES WITH HOSPITALS AND CUMMUNITIES IN THE CABO VERDE ISLANDS.
