Instruction in Zen meditation, weekly group sittings, ongoing daily practice, weekend workshops, longer retreats, and residential training are available those with a sincere interest in spiriual practice or spiritual training. Classes in Buddhism, instruction in the Dharma, and community-based activities are offered to continue the teaching that has survived over 2500 years of transmission.

Seven sangha members took the precepts this month, Olivia received the first Five precepts and Julian, Brad, Ana, Lance, Maesie, and Margaret received the 16 precepts.
