THE NJ BLACK WOMENS COLLECTIVELEADERSHIP INSTITUTE COHORT 2025 January 25 June 7 Designed for emerging leaders across all sectors the Leadership Institute aims to equip participants with the skills and strategies necessary to tackle current challenges in real time realize their vision and enhance effectiveness while fostering a talent pipeline for Black women leaders in New Jersey. The Leadership Institute will kick off with a welcome reception on the evening of January 25th followed by 16 intensive curated sessions led by renowned keynote speakers and facilitators Melody M. Fogarty and Rita Williams Bogar. These sessions will include highlevel course instruction from Mercer County Community College a leadership assessment and a series of presentations networking lunches workshops lectures and panel discussions focused on various topics related to leadership organizational culture and personal development.
